Bootcamps take place every Saturday at 09:30 on Barham Village Green (opposite Barham Primary School).
Whatever your ability, we guarentee you will have a fun workout using a vast range of equipment and exercises...

* The Bootcamps have been fully approved by Barham Parish Council who have copies of both my Public Liability insurance and my Risk Assessments *
* If you are driving to the Bootcamp, please be considerate of the local neighbours when parking. The Parish Council have requested that where possible, you park on the lay-by near to The Shrubbery, opposite the Manor House *
