George and Ben began training me at what I can only describe as an all time low in my life. I was very depressed, had no energy and all I wanted to do was sleep. I had been struggling with my weight for years and had pretty much given up. With lots of non-judgemental encouragement and an awful lot of persistence, they started to help me realise that I had it in me to change my life. The sessions soon became a bright point in my week and even when I didn't want to go, I came out of them feeling brighter and healthier. George and Ben never gave up on me and I have them to thank for a lot of the new love I have for life. I've also lost nearly five stone, though to be honest that feels like a welcome side effect of the sessions rather than the main goal, which I am beginning to see is happiness and health. So, thank you Ben and George, for changing me for the better.
