Before and after (4 weeks apart)

Steve signed up to a platinum (gym) package with Ben, training 4 times per week for 4 weeks. Steve's goals were not primarily to get in better shape but also to get in peak condition ahead of the rugby season started. 

Ben split Steve's week into 2 Strength & Conditioning sessions whilst the other 2 focused on weight training. With Ben's help, Steve also made some key tweaks to his diet. 

Steve worked incredibly hard in his sessions and was very consistent with his nutrition over the 4 week period. These photos are credit to Steve's hard work and determination. They show how quickly you can see big changes in your physique!
