One to One

A one to one personal training session is just you and the trainer. It allows us to give you as much attention as we possibly can. Before a training programme commences we will have a sit down consultation where we will really try to understand what it is you want to achieve.

 

We tailor our training programmes to each individual, and it is vital that we create a method that will help you to achieve your goals in the best, quickest way. It is also important for us to learn which methods get the best out of you. Everybody is different; some like the softly softly approach, others like to be pushed and pushed! We are not interested in what works best for somebody else, we are interested in what works best for you.
